today I have done a very stupid and selfish action to my friend,vivian kong.I also have a lot of stress and problem need to solve and didn't have the heart to care other people,because of this I have loss my best friend,vivian.Just because I'm a very selfish and didn't empathize vivian final test and her stress,I said a very selfish and rude word to her.

no matter what I must have it today!!!
she was so stress to face her test and I force her in this important timing,she feel very very disappointed.Our friendship cannot be retrieve anymore this time,and this is my fault.I won't say sorry again this time,because I deserve this situation.I just don't know how to face her in the future,because she also one of the customer in my nutrition club,well,I think she will ignore me and thought I'm invisible gua.
